Q: Why is my payment not going through?

A: Occasionally, there may be some issues with our online payment system and you'll receive an error message. There are a few reasons why this may have happened:

  • If you enter a billing address or ZIP code doesn't match your card's information, it may not go through.
  • If the CVV code you enter is not a match, you may get an error.
  • Please be aware that the attempted charges that did not go through may show up as pending charges on your card statement, but they will not be fully processed and will come off your card statement within about 48 hours.
  • If you used a discount code during registration and the payment does not go through, the system will not allow you to use the same discount code. If you encounter this issue or any other issues while making a payment, please call us and we'll assist you.

 

Q: Is online payment secure?

A: Yes. We use a third party for our registration. They are protected and secure by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

 

Q: Why are there multiple charges on my account?

A: Occasionally, players experience an error when submitting payment for league registration. Typos in billing information, such as billing address, expiration date or card numbers may cause such an error. In this case, a pending payment may show on your bank statement or credit card account. This pending payment will not be processed, and will 'roll off' your account in 24-48 hours. Only the single successful payment will be charged to your account.
